Submit an enquiry to purchase or lease a fHL system

What should you prepare before contacting us?

To help us prepare a suitable configuration and quote, please include the following in your enquiry:

  • Business profile (type of prefabricated house production, trusses, wall construction and cross-sections, ceiling cross-sections, roof segments/cuts, modules, other)
  • Current and target production volume (number of houses/m² of prefabricated parts/elements per month or year)
  • Line working model (single or multi-shift operation, planned utilisation (percentage of working time per week/month).
  • Planned location of the production line
    • Fix location in the hall,
    • Mobile/relocatable variant (different plants, near construction sites).
  • Company data and contact details of decision-makers Company name, tax number, first and last name, email address, telephone number.

Based on this data, we will prepare a configuration proposal, for puchase an estimated payback period (usually 2–4 years, depending on utilisation) and a preliminary offer.

What is the process for purchasing or leasing an FHL?

You submit a request to purchase or lease an FHL (by email, telephone or using the form)

  1. We analyse the request:
  • the type of elements planned for the FHL,
  • the desired production volume with the FHL,
  • the location of the FHL, the local conditions (hall/mobile),
  • preliminary schedule.
  1. You receive:
  • the specifications for your design process (for generating the WUP files).
  • recommended machine configuration,
  • estimated production capacities,
  • a preliminary schedule for the implementation of the FHL preliminary price quotation,
  1. Together we determine:
  • the exact configuration of the FHL,
  • schedule for the manufacture and delivery of the system with payment plan
  • the scope of delivery (installation, training, support, maintenance).
  • the conditions for delivery, installation and commissioning of the system

Completion of a contract for purchasing or leasing of the FHL

Installation and commissioning of the FHL

  • The system is delivered to your site, assembled and commissioned.
  • We carry out tests, configuration and the first production series.

Training and start of production

  • Your employees will be trained
  • After a trial run by your employees, the system will be ready for handover
  • After handover, you can start regular production on the system.

Support after commissioning

We can offer you service and process support as well as the option of integration into digital systems (e.g. modules for orders, logistics, planning).
