What should you prepare before contacting us?
Please include the following in your rental inquiry:
- Type of project/investment (e.g., single-family housing development, apartment building, hotel, modular construction, other)
- Location of the production line (factory/production hall, “on-site” location (near the construction site/on the construction site).
- Planned rental period (preliminary start/end dates, contract duration)
- Target production size (e.g., number of buildings, modules, m² of prefabricated parts, number of elements per month)
- Production line working model (number of shifts, planned utilization per week/month)
- Company data and contact details of the responsible person (company name, tax number, first and last name, email address, telephone number)
If you already have sample WUP files or project specifications, please indicate this in your message (or attach the files to your email).
How does the rental collaboration work?
- You submit a request to rent fHL (by email, phone, or using the form)
- You describe the project, the scope and the planned rental period).
- We analyze the project and the local conditions. We check:
- the type of investment and the repeatability of the elements,
- the location (factory/on site),
- the scope of production and the preliminary schedule.
You will receive:
- the recommended option for operating the equipment
- a preliminary schedule for availability,
- a cost proposal in the OPEX model.
- Specification of scope and rental agreement
We specify:
- the exact rental period,
- the location of the line installation,
- the scope of services (installation, training, support, maintenance).
- Installation and commissioning of the fHL line
We organize the delivery, assembly, and configuration of the line at the agreed location. After testing and calibration, the system is ready for operation.
- Training and start of production
Your employees will be trained, and you will then start production within the scope of the rental agreement.
- Support during the rental period We offer maintenance and operational support throughout the entire term of the agreement.
